How do I get a refund?
If you are within 14 days and would like a refund, contact us for your refund requests using the form here, and we will assist you. To serve you and others better in the future, we request (but do not require) that you tell us why you want a refund. We want satisfied customers. Please remember that asking for a refund but continuing to use products purchased from us is the same thing as stealing and may also violate applicable intellectual property rights law.
What you can expect after you request a refund
We will assess the reason for your request. If it is something we can’t help with, we will issue the refund within 48 hours. If we can help, we will offer to do so.
We understand that the 5% deduction for payment fees may seem unfair, but please be aware that this is a fee charged by our payment gateway company and it is out of our control. As such, refunds will be processed excluding the 5% fee.
